Pioneer was one of the first to deliver an
affordable DVD recorder to the PC market place many
years ago. Being a Japanese brand, they did it
with style, solid performance, but with a slight
price premium. Today, they may have lost
market share to the much less expensive brands from
TW and CN, however Pioneer maintains a loyal
following just like their close competitor, Plextor.
In this article, we will uncover the performance of
Pioneer's latest drive, the A09XL. Is it like
any of the Pioneer products that came before it?
